Returns & Refunds
At Kermes, we strive to deliver the finest quality and most delicious products to our customers. We value your satisfaction, and if for any reason you are not completely happy with your shipment, we want to address it. While we take pride in maintaining consistent freshness, occasional errors may occur.
Our return policy is simple: if you encounter missing juices, a damaged shipment, or an incorrect order, we kindly request you provide us with a picture of the received shipment as documentation. This will enable us to process an exchange or arrange for a reshipment. If the error is on our part, specifically related to Kermes products, we will be more than happy to replace the item without any additional charges, depending on the feedback received. Please keep in mind that all return and exchange requests must be submitted to Kermes personnels within the day of receiving the delivery through either yourkermes.com, +971 50 128 4937, or in person. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to resolving any concerns you may have.
Please note that refunds can not be processed once payment has been issued, however, we can offer you store credit in the form of juice, juice cleanses and/or gift cards. These can be redeemed within a month. In the unlikely event like a refund will be issued, Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
