Shipping Information

To ensure freshness and preserve nutritional value, all Kermes products are shipped in approved temperature-controlled packaging. Products must be stored at temperatures between 2–4°C at all times to maintain their quality, taste, and health benefits.

Orders are dispatched directly from our store using a trusted third-party delivery service.

For deliveries to other Emirates, our orders team will call to arrange a suitable delivery time on the delivery date selected by the customer.

Customers are typically notified by the delivery driver in advance. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, as items are perishable and require immediate refrigeration.

We only deliver to areas within Abu Dhabi City.

A signed proof of delivery receipt is required upon receiving the order. This confirms that the products were delivered in good condition and must be kept for your records.

For same-day delivery, please place your order before 11:30 AM. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next business day. All deliveries occur during regular business hours, unless otherwise specified.
