2. Country of Domicile and Governing Law
Kermes Lifestyle Cafe operates under the jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates, which is our country of domicile. Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the local laws of the UAE.
3. Payment Terms
We accept Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards. Prices quoted are in UAE Dirhams and all payments are to be made in UAE Dirhams.
The price and currency displayed at checkout will be the same as printed on your transaction receipt. The amount charged to your card will reflect your card’s currency equivalent.
We will bill your credit card as soon as you place an order with us. Once the amount was confirmed by your bank we will process your order.
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt
4. Minors
Customers using this website who are under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or transact on the site. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
5. Prohibited Transactions
We do not trade with or provide services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in accordance with UAE regulations.
6. Transaction Records and Policies
Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and refer to Kermes policies and rules, which include delivery, return, and privacy policies available on the Site.
7. Cancellation Policy
For cancellation, orders cancelled before dispatch from our store are eligible for a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched but it is on the way, a refund of 50% of the total bill will be issued, excluding any shipping or handling charges. Once the order has reached the delivery address, it is no longer eligible for a refund. For full details on how refunds are processed, please refer to our Refund Policy. which will be issued either to the original payment method or as store credit. However, if a cancellation is requested less than three hours before the scheduled delivery, we will be unable to offer a refund, as the order will already be in preparation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.
9. Cookie Policy
